Happy Monday, friends! This weekend was super busy with two weddings, but I’m back in Waco and back to editing! First on deck is Jillian’s GORGEOUS senior session! Jillian and I met through our sorority, and I was so excited when she asked me to take her senior photos! After graduation, she’s headed to optometry […]

Kellyn, Sarah, Emily, & Allison’s Senior Session

To begin on a personal note, it’s been a rather stressful 24 hours! As I was in the middle of editing this session, my computer completely crashed and I spent the next 4 hours or so trying to fix everything. After lots of researching and a trip to Austin to visit the Apple store, I’m […]

Ruth’s Baylor University Senior Session

I think this session was when it hit me most that we’re about to graduate in just a few weeks. This is my sweet roomie, Ruth, and this morning she pointed out to me that we graduate 6 weeks from today 🙃 WHAT?! Anyway, LOOK HOW CUTE MY ROOMMATE IS!!! Ruth is probably the smartest […]

Katelyn’s Sunset Senior Session

I photographed Katelyn & her roommates last year, and I was so excited when she reached out again to have me take her senior photos! Elizabeth’s Baylor Senior Session

This post has me feeling so sentimental!!! This is one of my sweet roommates & future bridesmaids, Elizabeth! Even […]

Emily Ellis | Waco Senior Photographer

I don’t want to choose favorites buuuut, Emily’s session was possibly my favorite senior session to date! I loved her energy, her adorable outfits, and her willingness to endure the frigid cold during her photos! I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with such incredible clients like Emily!! Check out some of my favorite photos from her session!

What to Wear for Your Senior Portrait Session

I don’t know about you, but picking out the perfect outfit to wear for a special occasion stresses the heck out of me! I’m totally fine picking out an outfit to wear to class, chapter meetings, or church, but choosing something to wear to a friend’s wedding or to formal is a whole other thing. And if you’re anything like me, picking out my outfits for my senior pictures was one of those stressful moments.

Shayna + Rebecca’s Best Friend Senior Photos

I took Shayna’s engagement photos several months prior to this, so I was so excited when she contacted me again about taking her graduation photos, along with her best friend, Rebecca! I actually love it when best friends or sisters decide to share a photo shoot because who doesn’t love getting more cute pics with their bff??!

Roots Boutique | Lifestyle + Commercial Session Spotlight

I get a lot of questions about what it is I do for Roots Boutique and what all these photo shoots look like. Basically, we spend a couple of hours every couple of weeks driving to various locations around Waco—they bring the clothes, and I pick out the locations and take the photos.
